This series contains newspaper clippings from 1975 to 1978 maintained by the Constitution Revision Commission. The clippings are from a variety of newspapers across the state. The clippings document the activities of the Commission and the publicity it received, as well as public opinion of the Commission.

The 1968 Constitution contains a continuous revision clause providing for the revision of the Constitution within the first ten years after approval, and a revision every twenty years thereafter (Article XI, Section 2). The Constitution specifies a thirty-seven member commission be selected to prepare revisions.
